You will be the first to try some of the wines from our 2023 harvest, as well as some new releases from 2022. This will be a four course dinner inspired by flavors of spring, paired alongside our most recent releases and 2022 vintage. Our winemaker, Matt, will share with you the process of how we made the wines as well as tasting notes. Featured on the menu will be lamb raised on our farm at Walker Homestead, artisan Italian cheeses, and the first greens our gardens can grow. $85/ticket.
